Cambodia’s Reamker entry documents the episode from Sita’s abduction to Hanuman’s oath of loyalty. The British Library identifies it as part of the early Khmer epic dated to the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The script in the surviving copy shown in the Atlas is dated to the early nineteenth century.
