Delete your Black Horse account and data
Send us your question or request. Read our reply here using your private tracking code. No automatic email is sent.
In the app, use Settings → Delete my account. If you cannot access the app, request deletion below. Sending the form does not immediately delete your account; we first verify ownership. Check our response on the tracking screen. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
Deleting your account removes child profiles, characters, your stories (including published ones), avatars and voice clone. Choose “Delete specific data” for an individual story, profile or recording. Deleting a profile does not delete existing stories. Cancel your subscription separately in Google Play or the App Store.
