Origin and tradition
Tokyo, Japan
Momotarō, born from a peach, begins his journey alone. In Ozaki’s English telling he shares his food with a dog, a monkey and a pheasant. At the fortress, the pheasant reaches the other side of the walls by air. The companions’ different abilities shape what happens on the island.
