The Sweden page brings two forms of storytelling together. The Frösö serpent is read from an image on stone. In Selma Lagerlöf’s book about Nils, a child’s flight with geese gives readers a view of Skåne’s fields from above. The Nils entry covers the two volumes published in 1906 and 1907.
