Stribor’s Forest, from Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić’s 1916 collection Priče iz davnine, is a Croatian literary fairy tale. The opening page sets out the condition for breaking the forest’s spell and leaves the reader to discover who will fulfil it. The Atlas links to the Croatian text and a scan of the edition.
