Origin and tradition
Pyongyang · Rungna Island
The 1988 collection shows the same flood from two places. People looking for their homes walk along the river from Songchon. In Pyongyang, a crowd sees a new island opposite Chongryu Cliff. Once the island is recognised, a new question takes over. Which official should the islanders pay their taxes to?
