Little One is four years old. Little One likes little things. Little One likes tiny cups, tiny stones, and tiny puddles. One evening, Little One sits by the garden puddle. The sky is soft pink. Little One hears a tiny sound. Tick-tock. Tick-tock. Then Little One hears a tiny song. “Yo-ho-ho, we are small!” Little One looks under a big green leaf.

Under the leaf is a little pirate ship. The ship is no bigger than a shoe. On the ship are tiny fairies. The fairies wear paper pirate hats. One fairy waves. “Hello! I am Captain Pip.” Captain Pip has a tiny bell. The bell goes ting-a-ling. “This is our ship,” says Captain Pip. “But we have a problem.”
