The Bubble Rain Band on Comet Hill
Read it with your name in the appLittle One was seven and loved two things best: space and music. One evening Little One set a small telescope by the garden gate and tapped a tin whistle. Suddenly the sky went plip-plop-plip. But it was not rain. It was soap bubbles! They bounced off the fence and popped with tiny hums. "Bubble rain," Little One whispered. "That is a mystery worth exploring."
Little One put on a raincoat and followed the bubbles up the lane. They rolled uphill, which was very odd. At the hedge, a small black foal with a purple mane and a golden star on the forehead peeked out. "The bubbles are going to Comet Hill," said the foal. "Thank you!" said Little One. The foal trotted home, and Little One kept going, brave and curious.
